RecommendedPresidential pools did a great job on my pool in light of supply shortages post pandemic. The designer did a great job and listened to our wants and needs. The superintendent Corey, was honest and communicated through out the entire project. Their pricing was in line with many others. I’m not sure why FB assigns it 3.6 stars. It was 5 star service for us!
RecommendedI've had a very good experience with Presidential Pools because of the team of people on my job, especially my project manager, Corey Barnes. Corey is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. He is always quick to reply to my questions and get me the answers I need. I know he has a difficult job right now given the supply shortages and work delays. He has kept my job moving steadily and the progress to date is amazing. I am nearing completion and I cannot wait to see the finished pool/oasis/dream backyard!

RecommendedBuilding anything in 2021 has its challenges. There are trade shortages, supplies shortages, etc. Having a PM that communicates made all the difference. Corey Barnes was the best! We saw him consistently, he communicated weekly (if not daily) and showed he genuinely cared for our project. Our backyard is everything we hoped and more.
RecommendedRiver Pools of Salt Lake City has been a great company to work with. We contacted other companies, but none of them responded and communicated as well as River Pools. The owners Eric and Kristina communicated things very well and even came to our home to discuss concerns, pool placement, and payment scheduling prior to signing a contract. They had the hole dug, shell installed, pool filled with water, equipment installed, auto cover installed, and pool cleaned all within 3 weeks! Everyone is knowledgeable and experienced, and they always manage to personalize your experience of renting equipment, buying various types of gear, or inquiring by taking the time to work with you and identify your wants/needs…no sales pitches here…they truly make sure you are ready to hit the slopes!
