RecommendedI literally have no idea what I’m doing with my pool and the staff at Olympia have been great at keeping my pool just right. Bought a house with a massive pool that hadn’t been opened in three years, it was a total swamp. Got it clean and clear in less than 5 days. Haley and every other associate there that I’ve dealt with have been extremely pleasant and professional. No doubt I’ll continue doing business with them (as if I have a choice because I still have no clue what I’m doing). Thanks Olympia!
RecommendedSpartan just completed a full interior remodel on my new home. Ray and his guys knocked it out of the park. The craftsmanship and customer service was exceptional through the whole process. Most of the work was completed while I was out of town, and the level of communication was unparalleled. I will be doing some exterior work in the future, and Spartan will be my go to. Don't hesitate to call on these folks to handle any of your construction needs!
RecommendedSpencer and his team did an amazing job on our pool! We were very pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend them!
RecommendedWe are very happy to report that our pool is complete and it is gorgeous. What started off rocky due to COVID, shortage of supplies, and workers, turned out to be fabulous. We are very pleased! Shout out our project manager Rodney...always friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and on top of everything for us! Always answered my calls. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied!!
RecommendedWe are loving our pool by Cool Pools!! Kevin and his crew were so polite, knowledgeable, hardworking, and eager to make us happy. The team cleaned up every day before leaving and take pride in their work. Even though we changed our mind about the layout numerous times, Kevin was very patient and created our vision. Brandon did a fantastic job on our brick steps and the deck (concrete) team took extra care to make our design beautiful. Quality workmanship to the end! We are thrilled we found the pool we wanted at the right pr... read more
RecommendedGreat place to just take the kids and look around. Beautiful fountains and they might have plants there too. I just go to see the fountains lol
RecommendedOur experience was awesome. Worked with Marc for our build and have zero complaints. All was done as discussed and any hiccups were dealt with quickly. We know several others who have had the same experience with Backyard Paradise. Glad we went with Marc as we have friends who went elsewhere with a subpar experience.
RecommendedMy wife and I recently visited PP&S to inquire about purchasing a Spa and Donna was quick to come to our aid by providing us some detailed and insightful information about Bullfrog spas. I had conducted some online research prior to coming in; however, Donna gave us straight, honest answers to address our questions and concerns, which we appreciated. In the end, we ended up making a purchase and look forward to receiving our spa in a few months...if all goes according to schedule at the factory. Highly recommend PP&S! Thank ... read more
