RecommendedI want to thank everyone at Gulf Coast Pool and Spa for everything they have done for us on our new pool . The whole team were great and professional from start to finish. Every time I have had a question, Ann especially has been there to help !!! Me and my husband highly recommend them . Thanks again , Roger and Tammy Giles .
RecommendedAfter contacting a different Tiki hut builder to get an estimate for a tiki at our Florida keys house and waiting several days for a call back and then waiting for the other company to show up which they never did show I contacted “Dan the tiki man”. Gisella who answered the phone said that Dan could stop by that day to give us an estimate. Several hours later Dan showed up and went over entire process of obtaining the permit and the construction of our tiki and giving us recommendations on the size and placement. Once they ... read more
RecommendedI have worked with many contractors in the past on both personal and business projects. Kevin Sparks team was by far the best. Most contractors over promise and under deliver but KSSP was the opposite. They were very organized, did exactly what they said and more, and we loved working with them. No project goes 100% smoothly, so I will say we had some MINOR hiccups but again where many contractors would have blown it off they did not. Kevin Sparks is a stand up guy and it shows in his entire team. They have always been extre... read more
RecommendedThis has been one of the best experiences I have had with any kind of construction project. I went with Mermaid on high recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Two other bigger named companies I was looking into for install had us pushed out almost 6-8 months for completion and Doug and his crews blew that completely out of the water. Absolutely highly recommend them for pool/spa installation as he made every step of the way painless and as easy as possible even through the freezing weather. 5 stars definitely
RecommendedGreat experience. Fast service
RecommendedKeith knocked it out of the park with his design. He has been a pleasure to work with. Anytime we had any type of questions or concerns he addressed them without hesitation. A true professional and a true professional products has been delivered.
RecommendedTexas Outdoor Oasis just completed the landscaping all around our house. Nelson and his crew of Cruz, Tristan and Kevin were the most pleasant, hard working and professional people we’ve worked with. What started out as a hardscape project for our backyard and driveway including flagstone, river rock and crushed granite by our pool equipment, turned out to be a full landscaping behind our pool, new landscaping along the side of our house and a redo of the landscaping in front of our house. The other positive reviews here hel... read more
RecommendedGreat company! We’ve used them for 4+ years and never had a problem with their service. Quick response for any problem with our pool. Highly recommend!
RecommendedWhen we bought our home, the pool had been installed several years prior by previous owners. It had been kept in good condition, but after 9 years the original plaster needed refreshing and the water line tile re-grouted. We decided to explore options for resurfacing and came across Morton Pool Solutions. Out of all the bids we got, Rick was the fastest to respond, most communicative and up front about his costs and products. When the project was about to get underway, there was a hang up with the tile distribution center no... read more
