From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team were professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. They helped us design a custom pool that perfectly fits our backyard and lifestyle, offering great suggestions along the way without pushing unnecessary upgrades. The project was completed on schedule, and the quality of workmanship is outstanding — everything from the tile work to the landscaping turned out beautifully. The cr... read more

RecommendedWe had the absolute best experience building our pool with Nelson Pools. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and we truly have had zero problems. Every employee we worked with was professional, efficient, and quick to complete each stage of the build. Anytime we had a question, the response time was immediate, which made the process stress-free. We highly recommend Nelson Pools to anyone looking to build a pool. We couldn’t be happier with the final result!

RecommendedFantastic vision, design, build, and customer experience. We loved working with Vince, Jay, Robyn, and the rest of the team. Everyone was very helpful. Our job was particular difficult with space, grades, and city permitting, but they handled it all as well as possible. Definitely would hire them again.

RecommendedThis was our 2nd pool build. We had PTSD from our previous experience, so our interactions with our PM Scott Sperrazza took on even more importance than usual. As an engineer, I have certain expectations when it comes to project management and communication. Scott went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I were heard and kept informed every step of the way. The end result was a very well managed project and a pool and backyard that we can be proud of for many years to come. Thank you Scott and Denali for a job well d... read more
