Derek was also wonderful to work with and very responsive throughout the actual dig and install. The crew on site were also fabulous and very kind with all the kids watching. RecommendedWould absolutely recommend to any of my friends and family. Derek and his team walked us through all of our options to help us find a hot tub that would fit our families needs. He was patient and took his time explaining everything from the nuances of the equipment to the maintenance we never felt rushed or like we were just a number. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions and then some. We will definitely be using them again, and we recommend them to anybody who asks!
RecommendedInnovation pools installed our pool/spa over seven years ago. I just recently retired and decided to take over the Maintenance of the pool. I stopped in and Erik remembered our install took time for his busy day, sat down and explain on how all the controls work along with Specialty parts we have on the Pool Later that day, I realized the UV water sanitizer wasn’t working.
