Dr. Kemp is amazing! Recently my 6 month old kitten had a complicated neutering procedure, she was absolutely wonderful with both of us!
This is not only the most knowledgable vet in town, they are also the most kind, caring and considerate of both the family and your furry ones. I trust my furry ones with them completely and that means a lot! Dr. Melchoirs is our vet and he is wonderful!
I love Village East. The vets i use are Dr. Jill and Dr. Melchoirs and I can't imagine taking my cats anywhere else. The vets and staff have always gone above and beyond to care for my kitties and I always feel they are treated like 'family' and not just clients when I take them in for appointments. I recommend Dr. Jill and Dr. Melchoirs but the staff at this hospital has deteriorated horribly, to the degree that Chrissy, a familiar face and comfort to so many clients, has left her job there. The manager cares zero about employees and is a bully to certain ones, specifically the ones there the longest . He can't possibly care about the animals taken there when he thinks long-time associates forging strong relationships with clients is a negative thing. I called with an emergency for my dog who had split her gums on a stick, they turned me away. U-Vet took care of her thank goodness.
Track information better(like phone numbers and basic animal information) Let pet owners know about and ridiculous covid rules you're adhering to.
Really need to train office help in customer relations.
