Personnel staff is wonderful and Dr. Sokol is extremely personable and treats his patients as "family." It's a good feeling going to the dentist!
My latest visit was not the routine check-up. A crown replacement was needed. Doctor Boettcher asked if I had any reservations about the treatment. Though I did not have any reservations, each step was explained before anything happend, then again as each step commenced. It was reassuring to have that knowledge of the process and be able to gauge how things were progressing.
Every dentist can clean teeth and provide routine checkups. What sets any dentist apart from the rest is customer service. I work in a highly focused customer service environment where fanatical support is the norm. I come to expect this from any service I receive from retailers, doctors, mechanics, etc. Dr. Sokol has been my dentist for about 2 years. I went in for a preliminary check up on my teeth before I went forward with some complicated dental procedures. Dr. Sokol was on time, thorough, and was very friendly. I recommend Dr. Sokol to anyone.

I was referred to Village Green Dentistry by my periodontist because of a tooth that's become loose and may need either bonding or extraction to prepare for an implant. I was nervous (and still am at the thought of losing a tooth or two); however, everyone at Village Green, especially Dr. Sokol, made the experience very comfortable and positive.
