I was so worried about the procedure I was about to have. Dr. Boettcher saw this and helped calm my fears by explaining exactly what I would experience ahead of time. I felt then that I could handle it and I did, thanks to him. I am confident that my next appointment will go as smoothly as this one did.
I really like Ginger. She is customer centric, communicates well and does a outstanding job cleaning the teeth. Best experience yet. Plus, she puts you at ease with her charm and personality.
