Spring Hill in... (Verified Renter) Spring Hill in general is way over priced. Villages is competitive with rates in the area. If the pool is closed at 9pm it should really close to all. This has gotten better. Teenagers harassing younger, married women at the pool. Issued has been addressed, some teenagers are hardheaded though.
I still feel... (Verified Renter) I still feel that the current management is not "pro active" enough. Previous management did preventative maintenance whereas seems like this one fixes things after they are broken. Example--asphalt on apartment roads, cleaning building siding, stairs and decks, trimming tree branches, etc.
