Infested Mice and roaches just everywhere. All management does is send out someone to each apartment instead of taking care of the whole building all at once
Avoid at all cost This property has a really bad roach and mice problem. Maintenance doesn’t do much to fix the problem. Washers are constantly broke, hallways are filthy, rent is always going up, and management doesn’t care to fix these problem. But they make sure to put up “leasing now” signs outside to attract new tenants. Don’t fall for the hype.
