I had an escrow fall out and Vilma's buyer stepped right in, little did we know the MESS that the prior buyer and lender left behind with the appraisal that needed to get transferred over to the new buyer. It was a nightmare of a task to get through but I am POSITIVE that we would not have been able to work through that mess successfully without Vilma! She helped saved the day for my seller and got our buyers into their new home within an awesome timeframe considering what we had to go through!
