Vince is very knowledgable regarding the lending market. He was very thorough in obtaining documentation and information from me so as to be in a position to present a loan package to lenders. He made the process simple and, most importantly, he obtained a loan for me at an excellent rate. Vince and his team were fantastic. From my first email and phone call, through our closing, Vince was quick to respond & take action, clear in his explanations & requests, communicative & team-oriented with our agent & title company, and committed to our success. He delivered us our 12 calendar day close with financing (a record?!), all while navigating a multi-party shared loan & purchase. And the rates were the best of three outfits we compared apples-to-apples at the outset. I would recommend Vince any day.
