Was seen for a small basal cell removal on my nose that has turned into a nasty scar because of a poor procedure. Go to a real plastic surgeon.
2 appointments and had to wait over 30 minutes for each. Appointments were first thing in the morning so there was no reason to have to wait. Staff told me she was on time 10 minutes past my appointment time! NP Conza had not even arrived at the office by the time I left!I left after waiting 30 minutes. My time is just as valuable as the next person's. Do Not make an appointment early in the morning. I can only assume that all other appointments are delayed as well.
