From the beginning, I felt the most important goal for Dr. Patel and his staff was my comfort and satisfaction. I never felt rushed; Dr. Patel was very patient and wanted to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. He was very realistic about what results could be achieved and how I would feel before and after the surgery. I brought a friend with me and Dr. Patel and his staff brought them into the conversations and explained what their role would be during the day of my surgery and recovery period.
