RecommendedThe staff is very caring and helpful. Some of them have been there many years, and they get to know their clients and their pets. Dr. Shinaut is wonderful with all the pets, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Conkey is new to the clinic. but she is very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I pass the other vets on the way, but I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Now that I have a service dog, her care is even more important to me, and they never disappoint.
I had to board my dog this summer while I went on vacation. They were wonderful with Smokey. I would call and get updates on him and the girls were always ready to tell me about him. When I got back, one of my cats was not feeling well and I decided to try the vet. I was able to be seen as a walk in and I only waited about 10-15 minutes. Dr. Hernandez was so caring for my Crushy. She talked me through the procedure she recommended and was positive about the outcome. My regular vet is always a wait of about 1.5-2 hours. I wa... read more

We took a puppy we rescued here and the staff was amazing. They were completely swamped with appointments and did their best to answer all our questions and thoroughly check out our puppy (she had been neglected and abused before a foster family and then our family were able to take her into a more loving environment). The vet took the time to discuss her concerns about Gaia, who had a suspected autoimmune skin condition. They were so concerned and loving towards our puppy. Had an appt for 2:45 and was seen almost immediately. Staff was very professional. Dr even came out to talk to me about what was going on with my dog.
