Came in day of, and they took care of it within a couple hours . They also checked the tread on my previous tires, prior to replacement, and told me that it wasn't really necessary to replace them just yet. I did anyway because I had fish-tailed on the highway after a rainy day, and didn't trust the quality of my previous tires.
The staff was friendly and my car service was less than an hour.
