For several years my family and I have dined in mostly in the Oswego or fox valley area and rarely south of route 59. At times we would pass Vita Bella but would forget about it when it came to making dining choices. Yesterday it was my turn to chose a restaurant and I was committed to dining at a locally owned restaurant and stumbled upon Vita Bella in my Yelp search. Love the pizza , hate the wait . We order every Friday . Pizza should have taken an hour . Went to pick it up , had to wait another hour to get it. This happens 4 times out of 10. Always behind. Last week same thing. There's lots of pizza places in Plainfield I'll be checking them out. Maybe I'll come back when they straighten things out.

This place is a gem! Always had a great experience with delivery. White pizza, so delicious! Stuffed pizza, amazing! (Personal favorite with chicken, spinach, and fresh garlic) if you're looking for a new pizza place to try look no further!

Usually love the food here! We used to order here several times a month. But really disappointed in service level lately. when we called in Friday at 5:30 and were told "sorry we aren't taking orders" and click Please train your young staff better!! So glad to hear that Covid is doing so well for your business. Beggars took our order right away and did explain that it was a busy night and orders would be delayed a bit.

This is a great local Italian restaurant. Whether it's their pizza (I like the thin the best) or their meals. My wife who is half Italian, said their lemon chicken dinner was the best she ever had. We have had a number of their meals and always top notch.

Dined in just about an hour ago and the food was amazing as always. However, our waitress, who we dont know the name of because she never introduced herself, was not wearing gloves at all and we don't know what she has been touching. During this pandemic all food service staff should be wearing gloves at all times. Quite disappointed with this... I hope management is making this clear to all staff... Might have to order take out or delivery next time.
