Totally disappointed. They were very nice during the looking and buying process. On delivery in Oct.'16 there was a problem with our breaker size, so they couldn't start it up and go over things with me, was told after I got it fixed to call office and someone would come out. Got it fixed, called office was told someone would call me back, called again and was told they are busy and I might just want to read the owners manual. Horrible customer service for repairs. Not willing to verify their repairs of $1400 earlier in the year without charging $85. Also very condescending on the phone.
what a joke this place is ,all about selling when it comes time to get warranty service they don't show up or call buy somewhere else
THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND WONT GIVE IT BACK 2 weeks go by an no contact about my part. I call and ask for a refund and the lady said stop getting mad. She also said I'm not giving you a fucking refund. She said don't fuck with me right now, I have a lot going on in my life. But scam bad service. I'm now calling bbb on them.
