Thank you. I appreciate what you were telling me. I only wish you could have said so in fewer words and that those words would cause me less failures to comprehend them. Plus, you seemed to focus on things that were not the reason why I approached your clinic. If you had touched on my issue at first hand and then enlightened me as to what you can do this would have been a better approach and placed me in a much greater focus that what in fact you left me with. Disappointing.
