vito was very responsive and very quick to get back to me during the loan process. the home loan process can be tedious and time consuming but i had a great loan officer - vito - who was attentive to my every question and handled all the "glitches" quickly and professionally. the loan closed when he said it would and i felt like i was his only customer during the home loan process. vito spent a lot of time answering my questions and searching for the right loan for me. thank you vito!!
