The interaction and service I received from Vito was excellent, the issues were with his manager and the underwriting. It took for ever to get this finished, over and over again I had to send documentation. The manager promised a credit or some kind of compensation, nothing happened, because it took so long, you guys lost money so you couldn't do anything for me. What an explanation. You can blame COVID up to a point

There were some fees that were not clear to me, and I was told that certain credit cards would be paid off and then they were not, I did not find this out until the final signing.
