Very professional. Exhibited great care. Very friendly.
They are wonderful. My daughter complained of pain Sunday night and I realized she had an abscess on her gum, I called first thing Monday morning and they got her in right away. My little one is 4 and excited to go for every visit. The staff have been wonderful with her and made each visit fun.

Charge for cleaning. Everyone was wonderful. I was there for a check up for my dentures The assistant said "let me clean these up for you" and took my dentures. I was later charged $81.00 for this cleaning. I paid it but I did tell the person on the phone that in 30 years of wearing dentures this has never happened. I should have been ASKED if I wanted them cleaned and informed of the charge. I love the people their so I will be back though
I'm not a dentist fan but Waco Family Dentistry has made me a fan!! They are all so friendly and make you feel welcome and at ease. I don't hate going to the dentist anymore!
