Working with Michael Poster at Waconia Dodge Michael did a great job in guiding my wife, Carol, thru the difficult process of selecting the vehicle she really wanted. He went thru the different options for the trim packages for the Renegade and provided the information that helped her make her decision. Finally Michael went over the driving features and the many bells and whistles that the Renegade has.
After a domestic violence incident I was stranded without a vehicle. After searching and searching I gave Waconia Dodge a call as a last try. One of the big hurdles in getting a vehicle was that I did not have a way to get to the dealership. I called and was connected with Chris Weinberger. He helped me find a couple vehicles that would be good for me, and then drove one out to pick me up so I could test drive. Great Experience My salesman Chris was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He continued to follow up after the sale, which isn't common in the prior auto purchases of mine. I also highly recommend the service dept. at the dealership.
