2014 Dodge Charger SRT8 Superbee Bought a 2014 Dodge Charger SRT8 Superbee a few weeks ago. Drove 2.5 hours to get the vehicle and it was almost what they described. Asked for a mint vehicle and had some severe noticeable defects on the body. They also were VERY VERY VERY firm on my trade in. Which booked at 20k and they would not budge more than 18k for a trade in, which in return ended up making my payment bigger. Very nice people but do not seem to have any lead way when it comes to making a deal.
My service exceeded my expectations. The customer service that I received from Dave Reedy was very professional. Dave is a very amicable guy and explained every process in great detail and answered my questions in a similar manner.
My Renegrade Trailhawk Greg Grillo was our salesman and he was terrific. I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends.

Craziness I was at Waconia Jeep for a repair and while I was waiting I struck up a conversation with Shane. I was just looking for some information but left with a new vehicle !! I was able to turn in the Jeep that I had leased from them and drive away with a much nicer model for only a few dollars a month more. The entire staff there was great. Great experience We recently purchased a used Chevy Tahoe from Waconia Chrysler Jeep. We saw the Tahoe online and requested information. Dave Reedy, the sales rep, was quick to respond and was extremely helpful. Being from Illinois, there was a lot more paperwork, so Dave and the finance team got as much of the paperwork started ahead of time so we would not have to wait at the dealer for the whole day.
