Heather did a great job cleaning. Firm yet gentle with her touch. She offered unique suggestions for my “sensitive” baby tooth that I hadn’t thought of. I was most impressed with the Starbucks gift card given to me for her being about 15 minutes behind schedule. I rushed my schedule to get there on time only to have to wait. No biggie in general as some places make you wait 30 plus minutes, but I appreciated the gesture and more importantly the acknowledgement that my time is important . Everyone took so much time to explain everything to me and we’re more than willing to answer questions. I wasn’t pressure to do anything and didn’t feel like I was being heard it through like another patient. Dr. Wainwright Took a considerable amount of time helping me feel comfortable as I just switched from a practice where I had been a patient for more than 50 years
