The procedure was great without complications and was easier than I thought. Staff and Dr. Gupta was wonderful and Jennifer was awesome.
Dr. Gupta and his whole team are fantastic. Dr. Gupta was extremely thorough and to the point. They explained everything they were going to do and why they were going to do it. He helped me develop a treatment plan I was comfortable with and I am now feeling so much better. I would also like to note that his team from the receptionists to the nurses and techs are superb. I highly recommend Wake ENT and am now bring my children to see Dr. Gupta.
The staff and Dr took the time to listen and evaluate my issues. I left finding out more than I thought I had going on. As a surgeon, Dr. Gupta did an excellent job on my septoplasty. They were very gentle at my postoperative appointment. I am 5 days post op and can now breathe better.
Dr Gupta's practice really changed my life! I went from having chronic sinus infections and having to limit my time with friends and relatives who have pets to being sinus infection free for over a year and I just spent the weekend with my aunt and her two dogs without a single sneeze! Thank you Dr. Gupta for performing a sinuplasty and introducing me to allergy drops!
Dr. Gupta is a very caring and thorough doctor. I appreciated the detailed explanations of options available to me, and his willingness to listen to my needs and answer my questions. His wry sense of humor is refreshing are well!
I started off very stuffy and irritated but ever since I got my terminet procedure done I feel like I have a new nose I'm breathing normally. I actually feel good as new c:
Great experience from start to finish.. Everyone from the receptionist to the billing dept was cheerful and professional. Dr Gupta takes his time to make sure you understand the process and his nurse Jennifer is an absolute delight. Thank you for making what could have been a scarey procedure almost pleasant.
Dr. Gupta has been incredible at working with our 2 year old. He is very too the point and does not make recommendations outside of what the patient needs. When discussing our surgical options for our daughter he provided us with clear information on which procedures would be most beneficial and which procedures are not necessary.
We will look into my husband coming in for his tinnitus. Jennifer was wonderful.
