Dr. Gupta is a kind, experienced ent. He is more knowledgable than my other doctors.
Very informative and knowledgable.
I surprised to see his assistant or junior Dr. because Dr. Gupta was unable to come during my visit which i didn't know until I asked the junior Dr. I wasn't happy and made me not to visit Dr. Gupta office again.
This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a doctor. He came in, grabbed his card off the counter, and handed it to me. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. He told me he was underwhelmed and told me some story about medical school. He also said he didn't care what results an ultrasound showed and that he is the professional. I would never recommend him to anyone. On another note, the nurse and office staff seemed wonderful.

Hi insisted I had throat cancer until I went to surgery. I woke up after and he said no cancer and had no idea what was wrong. My life was a disaster for 4 weeks with his wrong diagnosis
Beware being drawn into multiple appointments before engaging with this practice. I scheduled an evaluation recently for chronic sinus issue and was seen briefly, rescheduled for additional tests, and then rather than sharing my results they rescheduled for another appointment to share the results. The office tried to take 3 copays for 3 separate visits, even though it was a single complaint, evaluation and result. Very obvious they are trying to overbill at every opportunity.

To have a great experience with Dr Gupta, you need to write down your questions beforehand and come ready to the appointment, as Dr Gupta is very straightforward and quick to leave. If you are unclear and do not express that quickly, he will have left the room by then. However, this does not diminish, at all, his medical competence and acumen. If you, hypothetically, close your eyes and ask nothing, you will still have wonderful medical care.

Probably the worst experience I had with a doctor. He doesn't seem to have any sympathy or whatever, no introduction, pleasantries, nothing, he was asking me why I was having the particular issue as I was hoping that he will tell me why I had that issue?. To me he seemed just a money making robot. He was suggesting multiple tests, MRI, hearing aid, when I visited another doctor, he told me I am fine, I don't need any of them
