Had the absolute best care from Dr Shantz and his entire staff before, during and after procedure. Very prompt with answering questions and always available if needed. I am 1 week out from my procedure and already can see fabulous results!! Very pleased to say the least!

Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. He listened and answered all my questions. He really knows his stuff! Bed side manners are great. Staff is very friendly. I just can’t say enough good things about this doctor, he’s hands down the best plastic surgeon in Ky! He was always available to answer any questions I had or anything I needed. He didn’t have a nurse call me he was available himself.
My appointment was a consultation with Dr. Turner for cosmetic facelift procedure. Dr. Turner explained the surgical procedure, recovery and post op expectations in a very kind and compassionate manner. He reviewed my medical history and we made a plan. he was patient and answered all my questions and concerns.
Everyone was polite & helpful throughout the entire process.
I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Turner and I am extremely satisfied with the staff and Dr. B. Turner! The nurse and the anesthesiologist were wonderful and very attentive. Everything that was explained to me happened the way I was told. Dr. Turner did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him! Exceptional experience.
I had been waiting for the surgery for so long. My day finally came, and Dr. Schantz and his team were nothing short of fabulous. So nice, friendly, informative, professional without throwing it in your face, respectful beyond belief. They took great care of me while I was on recovery and I was pleasantly surprised.
