Worst experience I have ever had. I got my wisdom teeth removed and they ended up getting infected. I called several times to try and get some relief and never got a call back. I was seen at my urgent care to get on an antibiotic and to get something for the pain. I finally got a follow up appointment booked. When I explained my pain two weeks after the extraction the dentist pretty much told me it was mental and it was in my head. I don't know if they have new staff or what but now they won't see me on a Saturday saying they don't take either of my insurance on Saturdays I didn't recognize ANY of the staff. Told them to take me off their list that I didn't want to be their client anymore. Worse experience ever. I'm switching dentist
I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen for a scheduled appointment that I arrived on time for!

Scheduled a same day appointment on a Thursday for a possible wisdom tooth extraction to only be told AFTER they had done the X-rays that the oral surgeon is only in on Mondays. Made it seem like they didn’t care about anything but billing my insurance company while I suffered and had to continue looking for a dentist who could do it same day.
Scheduled a same day appointment (today) for a possible wisdom tooth extraction in which the guy told me to bring a book and headphones because I would be there a while so they could squeeze in the surgery. All this only to be told AFTER they had done the X-rays that the oral surgeon is only in on Mondays. Had a toothache but instead of "selling" me something I might not need (Dr thinks it could be a sinus infection) he gave me antibiotics to see if it goes away and if not the tooth in front of the problem tooth has a cavity so it could be that.
