We've taken Sadie here for twelve years now, wouldn't go anywhere else. We love the entire staff! Dr. Stroud is the absolute best, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Sadie. During our hardest time with Sadie (spinal injury and recovery) they were always there to help. Truly the most caring and loving Veterinary hospital ever!

I went Saturday morning as a walk-in and waited 2 hours and still did not get called back. My cat has a wound that possibly needs a stitch and after waiting 2 hours I am going to have to find another Vet Clinic to see her. I am not happy with there service. I was not the only one that was waiting that long either. I don’t know the answer to there problem but if only one doctor was there they needed 2. I’m really sad that this happened since I have used this clinic for over 20 years. I never had a problem with Dr. Stroud but ... read more

I've always taken my pets there but no more, not in the last year or so. We've changed vets completely. Saturday my dog had fallen off the couch and gotten hurt. I brought him in to Walhalla Vet bc they were the only ones open on Saturday. I was told by the staff the vet wasn't taking anymore patients for the day but my dog was definitely in need of immediate attention. They suggested i drive him to Anderson rather than helping my clearly in distress dog in an emergency.

I brought my dog with an emergency on a Saturday morning and was told the vet didn't have time to see him so for me to take him to Anderson. He was clearly in distress and the front office staff remarked he was and that "he needed to be seen right away". That's twice I've had bad experiences there. I had been a lifelong customer and all my pets were taken care of at WVC but now we go to Magley in Westminster.

They were my choice for years but no longer. I took my cat to them for constant diarrhea, vomiting, and weight loss. Fast-forward a couple of months later, and they did blood work on him. One of the vets (not our usual Dr there/absolutely no bedside manner) told me that he was in end-stage renal failure and suggested immediate euthanasia. I was sobbing my eyes out, inconsolable. I brought him back the next day to see our usual vet. He told me the same thing and said there was nothing they could do. I BEGGED them to help him ... read more
