Have used them for several years. Came to see about our unit 3 times in the last 2 days. Can’t tell us what is wrong with it or how it can be fixed. Meanwhile our house won’t cool down. Sorry to say we are having to find another company.

I have contacted numerous times about getting work done and they don’t call you back when they promise too . Doesn’t make any sense why they don’t want to work . Never saw anything like it
Terrible customer service! This company does not understand what it means to operate in East Texas. A service gentleman came to our house and tested the system with a device that acts as a thermostat, we were told the problem was only with our thermostat and that it needed to be replaced (Without plugging in the thermostat). We were told they do not install thermostats unless it is one they provide (they were very expensive). We installed the thermostat and still no heat.
