Wallick Communities does not pay contractors to work for them, have been trying to contact for over a year with no response, they do not have an accounts payable department to speak with, they expect their property managers to be the payables department. They have instructed their property management to just call the next name on the list for service if the first company tells them they are on hold for non-payment. Wallick does not fix anything . My stove in my apartment has been broke since November ****************************** and nothing happened. I've got a hold of hud they told me it would be fixed by the end of July. I have not heard back from HUD since they won't return my phone calls I don't know what to do.I live at ************ apartments in ************* ************ and they are a company that has taken over this property wallick like that is.
I Have requested to hear from someone from corporate HQ.things have been stolenwhile gone, yet no signs of breaking & entering tenant neighbor moved in a year ago, yells outside, is noisy outside in conversations so as to provoke my *** animal to bark on alert then complains about dog (he has said he hates dogs previously)landlord is personal friends with neighbor and says shes not a babysitter and if complaints continue she will have no alternative but to start evicting.same tenant has issues with other tenants and landlord... read more

I am financing a vehicle with this company. I have a 2010 ***** equinox that I have had since August of 2019. I am fully up to date with my payments. On 5/21/2022 a payment of $454 was supposed to be taken out of my account. The next day it did not look as if the transaction went through. So on 5/22/2022 I played $457.58 again to make sure payment was made. On 5/23/2022 both payments were taken out. I immediately called bridgecrest to inform them of this. First I'd like to say I live at Hyde park West in Mt. Orab. When I first moved in it wasn't that bad. After a year or so we now have new management. Since this time every thing has been a mess. Doing any type of paper work takes months, maintenance is a joke, management is not truthful. I personally tried to get someone put on my lease last May 2020, in August 2020 the person I was trying to get on the lease and myself received a call from management saying they were approved.
