The Burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork were cooked to perfection (smokey and juicy, flavorful) 2. chipotle corn was good, had agood bite to it, tons of flavor 3. RecommendedFINALLY first-time visiting for a Valentine’s weekend meal. Arrived around 7:30 on a Saturday. Inquired of available meats and promptly, but politely, told what was sold out. Heard that this was a traditional BBQ “Served until we run out or 9pm, whichever comes first!”, so not surprised at all. Kinda prepared for that scenario.
