They keep saying all that they do is all included. Each time they do something different they say it’s not part of the original procedure and bill the insurance company and expect a copayment. I expressed at the time of service the last two trips in the first year that they were related to the original surgery and there would be no charge. They told me that it was included and we would not be charged. I have no complaints with the results however I was lied to about additional charges twice.

I am so thankful that I finally decided to go through with lasik! After several other consultation at other offices I ended up at Waring Vision Institute and knew it was the perfect fit for me. Dr. Waring and his staff were absolutely amazing!! I ended up with better than perfect vision! Thanks to Dr. Waring and his staff I knew what to expect, the procedure itself was pain free, and the recovery was easy. I can’t say enough about Dr. Waring and his amazing staff. From the moment you get your appointment set up on the phone to come in, walking in the door to check in with the best receptionist ever, Ms. Julianna, to getting your exam done by the wonderful staff, and meeting Dr. Waring...Outstanding, professionalism, caring, and putting the patient first all the way around!
