I received my first travel job and was sent to this Facility The employees are very unfriendly and very messy the facility is horrible always short staffed you work like a dog and no appreciation The nurses are very disrespectful and make you work harder than you have ever worked in your life I am so overwhelmed and tired after working 16 hours return to my hotel room and it was a locked .because they didn’t accommodate me the way they were supposed to they told me they pay for rooms a week at a time now how was that when I ... read more

If you care about your loved one and their safety, do not send them here. The conditions of this place are horrible, to say the least. We tried to be proactive and asked for a tour before making a decision for placement here , however the administrator was quite clever as he showed us down a hall that the rooms were freshly painted and the floors had just been waxed but in reality the rooms they place you in are a dump! We were also told staffing ratio was 1:8, however they are so short staffed that it was 1:15. There is no ... read more

No air conditioning for second time extreme heat, no one answering phones it is Father's Day and a Sunday. ItIi is not a good situation happened just 2 weeks ago should not be happening again!! No one can seem to resolve this situation !!
