For the negative mean review a man recently left about billing...it is clearly explained in paperwork signed before the appointment. I have used Dr. Wartham quite a few times regarding issues of my "aging" skin and over exposure to sun issues. The office people are very polite..the technicians and doctor are kind and empathetic. I have had to have various medical procedures and complicated procedures are always more than just a co pay. This is a business...not a charity. I highly recommend this Doctor and staff.

I went to see Dr. Marinaro for a dermatological issue and he was great. I did go back to the clinic for laser hair removal and that wasn’t so great. It’s painful (but pain is subjective). What I didn’t like was that after the laser hair removal treatment, the aesthetician didn’t offer any post treatment care until after I asked for it. When I compared experiences with friends who had laser hair removal treatments at other clinics, their experiences were much better (ice numbing, better care).
?????????? FIVE STARS! Actually, I saw Dr. Mark Naylor. I am a return client but this was my first time to meet with him. He is truly outstanding. An expert in the field of dermatology and specifically melanoma. He is amazing. Very personable and charming. The staff is always professional, courteous, efficient and endeavors to make their clients feel welcome and comfortable. Very professional and courteous staff.
It was a terrific visit. The front office staff was efficient, friendly and respectful. I was seen immediately, zero wait time! Dr. Naylor put my mind at ease immediately. He's an absolute top notch expert in the field. I highly recommend him, and will seek him out if concerns arise again.
