This place used to be amazing! I would go all the time, my family would go. I’ll never go again. Not sure if it’s new ownership but the service has gone downhill and now today I was waiting for a good 30 mins, and then they turn the open sign off and pull out a sign that says “exterior wash only.” If it was listed they were doing full service in the beginning, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Many people left angry, it was not just me.
Another disappointing trip to the Hound car wash on Rte 23 in Butler …. I paid for, full service, the works! The guy at the end never put my front car mats back. When I went to my car to leave I noticed my divers side mat was missing. I motioned to him that mat was missing. He yelled, “it’s on the other side.” Really 😳.
