My experience with Dr. Prussick has been fantastic! After trying to manage psoriasis with several doctors over many years, Dr. Prussick achieved success! I am thrilled with the treatment and results. My time at the office is easy and efficient. Shari's management of my laser treatments is great and she makes them perfectly pleasant . An added bonus- I met Meryl, the RN who specializes in skincare. After following suggestions from a consult with her, my complexion has never been better

What a hot mess this place is! This is not a doctor's office; this is a party house. I had a 9 AM appointment with Dr. Prussick. I arrived on time but waited for 45 minutes and had to leave for my next meeting without seeing the doctor. The receptionists were having fun, partying with the nurses, and waving in people without appointments, letting them see Dr. Prussick, while I was left waiting in the waiting room. About eight people who came after me were admitted before me. This place is simply ridiculous. It's a hot mess.
This was the worst experience I've had at any doctor's office. There are major problems with their office manager's billing practices. Billing for missed appointments that were never missed. Billing for procedures that were never provided. And I was not the only one. While I was in their waiting room, I regularly heard patients calling with similar problems. Office was old and is in need of remodeling. The nurse/assistant seemed to be clueless and even gave me the wrong post care information. Doctor was nice but did not seem versed in new and updated treatment procedures. Was told there was only 1 treatment option when I know from past experiences that is not true.
