I am totally satisfied with his medical examinations. However, trying to get in touch by phone became a horror show since he became part of the larger group. The first call said there was a 39 minute wait time. I was able to leave a message to be called later. I was unable to answer the return call, but a message was left on my machine. Unfortunately, the message started skipping and I could not hear all of the new phone number to be called. Dr. Prussick is an excellent dermatologist and I have used him for years. But since he became part of Ann Arundel Dermatology it is almost impossible to reach the practice. They put you on hold for 10 minutes and then the call drops. Or, you select the 'call back' option but they don't call you back. A few months ago I gave up and found another dermatologist for an emergency infection. Recently, it took 3 days for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy which is not local. I been going to Dr Prussick since 2015 and he has been the best doctor I have ever met to treat my psoriasis. The office and staff are so wonderful to me.

Dr Prussick is one of the best dermatologist and diagnostician I know. He has been treating my families for over 18 years and I never worry when I’m under his care! It's such a relief to work with a dermatologist who understands Psoriasis is a serious systemic autoimmune condition and not just a skin rash...and who takes the time to work with you during an office visit instead of moving you through their treatment rooms like cattle in a chute.

I have an acute prurigo problem for the past 10 years. After going through a series of doctors without much success, I started treatment with Dr. Prussick about a year ago. It would be an understatement to say that my life has been totally transformed. My skin has improved so much that it is no longer embarrassing to wear shorts or short-sleeved shirts, or go swimming. After 10 years, this freedom has been a joy. I cannot thank Dr. Prussick enough and I highly recommend him.
