Verified Renter I’ve lived here 9.5 years and haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is quick to fix an issue. Everyone is friendly. If you have a dog they have a dog park.
Verified Renter Love the villa and our view of trees out our back patio. Maintains guys are the best. Fast and always fixes our problem. Hope to be able to live here for a long time.
Verified Renter Very nice apt, just what we were looking for. Only missing 1 star because of our upstairs neighbors, they are very loud and disrespectful, especially at night. But the complex is itself is great!
Verified Renter Love my new home! It is a process to make a new place become home…….in this case, it has been really easy. Quiet neighborhood. Feel very safe here!
Verified Renter I have called maintenance a couple times and they have responded quickly and got the issue taken care in reasonable amount of time. So much better than my last apartment complex where I waited a month to change a light bulb.
Verified Renter It’s pretty peaceful here and everything is convenient for me and my daughter. I don’t have to go across town because everything that I need is in my area . The Manager April does a pretty good job running the apartments and is very respectful to me . So not to much to be worried about here long as you take care of yourself and home you’ll be fine .
Verified Renter I love the area.. very family friendly.. great schools and quiet neighborhood. We have been here since 2023 and still love this complex. Best apartments we've ever stayed.
Verified Renter Grounds are well kept. Grass is mowed weekly along with trim and blowing off patios and walks. There is a feeling of being a safe place to live. We feel very asfe here.
Verified Renter It’s been great and very peaceful so far ! I love it that I’m close to everything as well. I’m not new to the area I use to live here in 2018 -2022 and I had a baby and decided to move back to the community where we belong!
