As I entered, I noticed the waiting room was very bright and clean. I went to the window and was quickly checked in, then given some paperwork to fill out before I was called back. As I sat down, waiting to be called back, I noticed an underwater beach scene playing on the television. The water was clear and you could see fish. This is the closest to snorkeling that I will come. It was very pleasant imagery with soft ocean sounds. So soothing to the eyes and ears. My husband had an appointment for a MRI. He came home and said how efficient and friendly they were and it was so rare for a radiology place to run on time. Very nice experience. Would highly recommend.

If your appointment is at 9am... you start at 9am. It is so rare to find medical appointments that start on time. The front office staff is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They are taking great covid precautions and there's typically only one patient in the waiting room at a time. The entire space is very clean and well lit. There's ample free parking. The lead radiologist is very friendly, knowledgeable and ensures patients are as comfortable as possible. During some MRIs there are headphones with the Pandora station... read more

Customer service from front desk staff and technician was optimal. It was a late appointment and the wait was a bit after my appointment but again everyone had a pleasant helpful demeanor.

The staff is helpful, kind and professional they truly make you feel comfortable mainly if you are a personal who do not like going in side that machine. The tech was great he did a awesome job reassuring me everything would be fine and It was.

I was so scared for the MRI I needed, but the staff was professional, kind, and courteous, and that put me at ease. I called on a Wednesday night and they had me in first thing the next morning. The evening receptionist was very responsive communicating with me and my doctor to ensure they'd have everything ready with my insurance company. The MRI technician did an excellent job and kept me updated as to where I was in the imaging process. I needed an MRI with contrast, and I did not feel the injection (!!!). The office building has ample parking. The receptionist was kind and thorough on the phone. I loathe MRI's. I'd rather be taken hostage in a dentist's office while being audited. The staff were nice and sympathetic to my reluctance to be in a coffin for 45 minutes while hearing "spaceship" noises. I had the choice of music or earplugs. So yelp says they're closed today, but there are actually Saturday hours. I was terrified of this experience, I put it off for months, but I'm very pleased that I get my MRI done at progressive. The staff was extremely nice, and even called to let me know there were earlier appointments available if I wanted to come sooner. Additionally, the machines are big and scary, but they make it a point to put you at ease. I was given an aroma therapy tab, an eye mask, and ear buds to listen to music while I was getting scanned. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! If you do come here you can expect billing and insurance claim issues. DON'T PAY ANYTHING OTHER THAN A COPAY! Had service in 2024 & I'm still dealing with billing record issues and collections. They owe me $!
