My dog had passed overnight, 3 days before we were set to leave Alaska permanently. Big Lake VCA would not help us until we coordinated with their 3rd party vendor. This is by far the best place to take your pet in the Vally. All of the staff is very professional and friendly, I take multiple pets there and we always have a good experience.

Absolutely amazing staff! Lost our 12.5 year old jack russell and the staff was and has been very caring and understanding through the whole process.
I just think they really run there office smoothly.. There is no long waiting time to get an appointment or when you are waiting to be seen.. They handle my dogs just like I would and that means a lot.. Yes definitely would remand them to everyone.. Thank you
