Not for sure what happened to this place as I have been going here for years..I felt the new office person was rude, insensitive to my needs, and was very sarcastic when I asked for additional help. For example, when I asked her to verify my email address and I understood her to say, “Didn’t you see me type it? and it was obvious when I was unable to see her screen from the counter, I felt it was very inappropriate and disrespectful. I could go on and provide other examples…
