Yesterday was a very sad day for me. My beloved dog Katie was very ill. She was 14 yrs old. I didn’t want her to suffer any longer. I called and was given an appointment on the same day. I’m grateful by the wonderful staff of this hospital who were very kind to me and Katie. Maria the receptionist was kind and calming. I been taking my cat Jane to Waterford lake animal hospital since I adopted it was recommended by the cat shelter that I adopted Jane since they work with the Vets there and they knew Jane since she was born. The treatment that we get is awesome they are really friendly and take care of Jane really good. Doctor Rick explain me everything on a clear matter and answer all my questions. The facilities are top notch really clean. I recommend Waterford lake animal hospital.
After a visit to the ER and two visits to the Vet in a week, we heard about Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital. We live four hours away, but did not mind the drive. We can’t thank Dr. Rik enough! He is knowledgeable and caring. and took the time to listen to our concerns.
The people that work there are AMAZING. I mean they REALLY care. I highly recommend them. They call back right away and the vets are fantastic. We moved to Apopka and I am not switching vets.
