Everyone at the reception desk as well as the technicians were very kind and helpful. The techs were very gentle and sweet towards our kitty as he was being checked out. However, the actual vet (who never even introduced himself) was very rude and rushed. He constantly left the room and claimed to not even know why we were there because our cat was "perfectly fine". If he had read any of the paper work we brought in, it clearly stated that it was a follow up appointment after spending the night at the emergency vet last week... read more
