Our dog Harley went in for a dental cleaning by Dr. Flores and ended up suffering from a badly damaged esophogus and ended up being euthanized 28 days later. To the Drs. Waterhouse, Churchill, Karshner and especially Warner and the techs who cared for Harley, we will always be greatful to them in trying to save him. Our sincere advise is this; never, ever have your dog's teeth cleaned. The risk clearly outweighs the benefit especially at the hand of Dr. Flores. !!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR GROOMING!!! My family owns an Australian Shephard which used to have a beautiful long coat. We decided she might be more comfortable with a light "thinning" for the hot Fresno summers. We left her at 9am and asked for MICHAEL to please contact before grooming. By 3pm we still hadn't heard from him. So we called to check in. MICHAEL was very rude and basically said he'll get to her when decides to.
