RecommendedMy Puppy will be 8 months old on the 11th. 2 days ago I took her in to be checked because she was very lethargic and vomiting non top. Turns out she has parvo. I callled them because my dog was having serious seizures we were panicking we did not know what to do! and needed to take her to the vet!!! WATERHOUSE turned us away because they wanted to close at 4pm and it was 3:45pm. They turned us away and wanted us to go across town. NEEDLESS to say OUR dog died in my 10 year olds arms while we tried to make it across town.. I LOST RESPECT FOR YOU WATERHOUSE..

From the information we received during the brief phone call triaging your pet to a full service emergency Hospital was to be the best way to get the care needed. I just called because my dog ate all her pills and i was freaking out.. what do they say to me? ...do you need to speak to someone before tuesday? Are you serious...horrible customer service!....im from san Diego i was visiting family when something happened and i had to take her to the vet...thought they cared about the animals!
I had an AWFUL experience here. My cat was seen by Dr. Ravinsky who was very unprofessional and rude, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't usually resort to public shaming of a business, but after sending an email and talking to Dr. Waterhouse about my terrible experience and getting nowhere, I figured this was the next best thing. This was my first time coming to Waterhouse Animal Hospital and I was greeted by the friendly front office staff and had a great experience with the assistant who took me back into ... read more

Me either. .right now I'm fuming! I'm done there! I will call tomorrow and let them know. $65 and my Goldendoodle ' s ears are dirty and still a little mat there. I didn't even know she had any mats but I checked her ears for cleaning. .yuck. and..I could go on... Natalia groomed
Our dog Harley went in for a dental cleaning by Dr. Flores and ended up suffering from a badly damaged esophogus and ended up being euthanized 28 days later. To the Drs. Waterhouse, Churchill, Karshner and especially Warner and the techs who cared for Harley, we will always be greatful to them in trying to save him. Our sincere advise is this; never, ever have your dog's teeth cleaned. The risk clearly outweighs the benefit especially at the hand of Dr. Flores.
