I had a situation with an implant that needed to be addressed in a timely manner. They were able to promptly schedule me. Dr Waterman and her team (Kelly et al.) were gracious and professional. They kept me informed of the fluid situation with my molar, and we discussed many options depending on the data (x-rays, etc.). They could think on their feet and were positive and nice to boot. Skip Johnson "a patient for life."

Christi is an excellent, professional, personable hygienist! The front desk personnel are personal, professional and more than willing to accommodate patient’s needs. I experience Dr. Waterman as not very patient oriented. She directs her treatment plan more with the hygienist than explaining what she plans to do with the patient. Part of my confusion is my responsibility to be more proactive in telling Dr. Waterman that I don’t understand what she is saying and could she please address her comments to me. It was a good appointment. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and Dr. Waterman took care of all my needs and being patient and always doing her best to make sure everything is perfect. Her whole is fantastic.
