It is always a pleasure to go through the front door of this dentist office. The front desk is friendly and respectful and quickly able to answer questions! The staff is top notch! Everyone collaborates well with each other. They listen to the patient’s needs and make wonderful suggestions for patients concern. I always learn something new when I come to the office! I appreciate Waterman Family Dentistry with the utmost respect.

l had a problem over a weekend that needed attention and Dr. Waterman was able to work me in to see her on Monday. That is not the first time she has helped me in an emergency over a couple of decades. If you-remember how MD’s used to act before they all became primarily business people. Dr. Waterman is still that way. She has the best equipment and the best staff but she is way behind the times in all the good ways thank gooodness.

I had an emergency issue. Dr Waterman and Staff followed up with me on SuperBowlSunday! Shortly after I had contacted them. I was upset and concerned. I was advised to come in early Monday morning after they opened. On Monday morning at 8am I was greeted with Amiles and assurances that I would be taken care of. And I was! Thank you Dr Waterman and Kelley and all of Waterman Family Dentistry for turning a stress into a FIX!
