From the phone calls, emails, timeline photos, and showing up when you say you are, cleaning up, calls to make sure you are satisfied! Unbelievable! I’m so thankful I chose this company! Watkins will forever have my business!

RecommendedThey were very responsive when we needed help to fix some leaks. They investigated thoroughly, gave a fair price, and finished well. Later we had a suspected leak in the same place. Their employee came right away and looked at the spot. It was not a leak. Even though it was not a leak, their management checks with us after a heavy rain to make sure we aren’t having issues. Great company.

RecommendedBlake Hardy and Johnny Cassatta are professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile so that working women do not have to lose time from work. They were quick to call me back and came the next day to check on my roofing issue. Johnny even came back to meet with my adjuster from my insurance company now that is really going above and beyond. I am confident I chose the best team for the job ahead. I will update once my roof is completed.

After calling a few different companies, Watkins was the only one that followed through with contacting me back. Within a few days, I had an estimate in hand.
