Sales representative, John Allan Mitchell, explained everything and worked with my insurance company to move everything along with no problems. Project manager, Seth Boykin, kept me updated with photos as the roof was being installed. The crew did a great job with installation and cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend Watkins to anyone needing a roof installation.
RecommendedWatkins has excellent customer service. The crew was very professional. With prior notice, the work began ahead of the original scheduled date. The work was completed in a little over a day. All debris was removed and the yard was thoroughly cleaned.

RecommendedHello! I had a couple of leaks that I figured were hail damage on my flashings. I called Watkins and Jamie came right out. After showing me pictures that he took he recommended a whole new roof. They showed up yesterday at 7 a.m. and were packed up and gone by 7 p.m. The roof looks great!!! The sheetrock guy is here now. I'll be fixed up in no time!!! Thanks for the amazing job!!!
